I will strive to respond to all your request and inquiries as soon as I possibly can. Making you happy and pleased with a fantastic piece of art you helped design is very important to me.

However, I do have a day job and a family that require my attention as well. I please ask for your patience and understanding of this fact.

I will do my best to include as much as the information you hand me within the art, but I do not guarantee every single item will be included. The quality of the art piece comes before squeezing every single detail in the image. Too much in an image can at times make an image feel cluttered and messy. I will make that call on a case by case basis. And I will do my best to communicate this to you at the time I find myself working on your art Request.

All sales are final. I will make some minor alterations to the art piece if you feel it completely misses the mark. We can discuss this further at that time and try and find some sort of compromise. I will not rework the image completely, but I will interpret your description to the best of my abilities to give you a quality piece of art comparable to the work you can see in my gallery.
